great access to parks and local dining options
I was actually surprised by how clean and cute everything was upon arrival, especially since my friends and I were able to enjoy nearby dining at Hibachi Buffet just a short walk away after a fun day exploring Auburn Environmental Park, less than 2 km from the hotel along beautiful walkways. It.

Let me break it down for you
The location is convenient, close to freeway 167, with plenty of activities nearby. Rooms are decent but could use some TLC. I found the bathroom cleaner than the rest of the room. Friendly manager and free wi-fi are definite perks. Just don't expect much with breakfast options.

The TV remote didn't work, TV was an old box TV, the floor was stained and didn't look vacuumed. The fridge was from 1970 with wood paneling. The table had slime on it. The price was outrageous for the outdated not clean room!

Comfortable beds for a family stay
We stayed for 2 nights in a queen room. The beds were super comfy, a big plus after a long day! The picnic area outside was nice to have for family meals. One hiccup was the cleanliness. The bathroom could've been better. Still, it's in a good spot with fast food nearby.

Not enough parking, had to park down street and walk back to hotel. Upon first arriving in room had to call front desk to get towels as dirty ones still in tub from last visitor. Worried room actually NEVER cleaned.

We stayed here with our kids and loved the vibrant decor, especially the cute yellow bed with flower designs! The room was great, and we could easily plug in a DVD player for them. Plus, the nearby grocery store was super convenient for snacks.
My children wished there were more options for breakfast. The grab-and-go was a bit too simple.

Fine hotel located really close to Next to airport as well as all the '' paraphernalia '' stores. Really helpful staff with a smile. The most important - exceptionally nice location close to everything you would need. Great food in the restaurants such as Hibachi Buffet, located 5 min away. Good experience there.

The room featured a charming yellow bed with floral designs. Access to grocery stores nearby made it convenient to grab snacks, and the ease of connecting our DVD player kept the kids content. The room was slightly hard, and the absence of a clock was noticeable. Breakfast options were limited, leading us to eat out after check-out.

The gentleman that checked me in was nice and assisted me after a long day of travel.
Everything! The tv was from 1995 and had fuzzy channels. The furniture was stained, torn, worn, and smelled. The carpet was dirty, un-vacuumed and there was a dirty sock in the corner. The other corner of the room was carpet that was torn and tattered and off the wall. The blanket was disgusting and hadn't been laundered in a while. the sheets had stains, but at least they appeared clean. In the bathroom the wall paper was coming off the walls and there was hair on the floor of the bathroom. The table where the mini fridge and microwave were was failing apart as the particle board was coming off. The owners don't appear to take pride in this property as the stairs and railings appear rusted and rotted. The gentleman that checked me out on Friday morning was quite unpleasant and showed his frustration with the fact that I failed to pull the door open and he had to unlock the door via his under counter button. His grimace told me that he wouldn't care about my concerns with the room.
